Leader of RBWM, Cllr Simon Dudley discussed new parking along the River Thames in his Riverside ward and the prospect of a bespoke Hindu community centre being built as part of the redevelopment of St Clouds Way (current site of Tenpin & Magnet).
A key part of the regeneration of Maidenhead is making sure our various community groups, which are at the heart of so many of our communities across #Maidenhead, have somewhere to call home, whether that's the Hindu Society or Maidenhead Community Centre.
It also means ensuring we have the right amount of parking, which is why we are increasing parking in Maidenhead Riverside, as well as building a new Nicholson’s car park and a new car park on the existing derelict site on Vicus Way (next to Lidl).
There is a lot going on in Maidenhead and so much to be excited about. We are on the cusp of something truly special.
