Wednesday, 6 June, 2018

Cllr Derek Wilson, Oldfield Conservative ward member, has thrown his support behind local residents, who are calling for a pedestrian crossing to be installed along Braywick Road, as part of the upgrading of the road infrastructure to welcome the new £30m state-of-the-art Braywick Leisure Centre.

Local resident, Rachel Clapp has set up a petition to encourage RBWM to install a new crossing. You can sign the petition here: http://petitions.rbwm.gov.uk/BraywickCrossing/

The Leader of the RBWM, Cllr Simon Dudley has signed the petition and the council have indicated that they will be installing a crossing at the appropriate time. However get your voice heard today to ensure we all work together on the best solution possible.
